Modern art galleries
People rely heavily on the past to solve the problems of today and tomorrow. Therefore, this simple fact requires efforts to make the past more meaningful and important in daily human activities. This has led to the need for society to create contemporary art museums, as their museums are generally very artistic, which arouses public curiosity for these museums. As a result, the public is excited and inspired by the museum’s work. In this way, it strengthens the semantic connection with artefacts and makes them relevant to the contemporary world, unlike other types of museums that are too conservative in their collections (Burke, 2018). The historical management of the Museum of Contemporary Art includes curators of such rigid work. At the Museum of Contemporary Art, the curator transfers responsibility for the artist and the public works as the curator. This allows curators to understand the expectations of their spectators and make appropriate changes to their collections to ensure that they focus on the needs of their clients. Finally, this ensures the quality of visits rather than the number of visits to museums, thus encouraging visitors to visit a museum more than once.
For most tourists, this is not common as most people usually plan to go there once in a lifetime. Unless this particular place is unusual and attractive to tourists, they will not visit it again. In this case, they consider the different roles of contemporary art museums, including education, aesthetics and society. Finally, they have also seen the possible development of contemporary art museums.
The first and most important role of contemporary art museums is an aesthetic function, which is generally associated with beauty. The most important point here is the desire of the contemporary art museum to impress the public (Eckett and Edquist, 2019). This is done specifically to ensure that the collections of objects and exhibitions of contemporary art museums are sufficiently attractive and appropriate for those who normally visit these museums. The works of art are usually designed so that tourists, whether local or foreign, have the opportunity to visit the contemporary art museum.
By investing heavily in a variety of entertainment facilities, such as developing well-equipped restaurants that cater to the interests of domestic and foreign tourists, the key to entertaining tourists can be the most enjoyable when visiting these museums (Wagner, 2017). In this case, modern art museums seek to diversify their resources to meet visitors’ expectations, which may include the demand for attractive and unique paintings and the real appeal of attracting visitors. Its role is to set a precedent for tourists when asked, which is good for tourists because they have real experience and may want to come back with friends or family.
